What size is this version?

It's 11.6 in x 16.5 in, which fits a 13 in x 18 in baking pan (known as a U.S. Half Sheet pan).

What temperatures can it reach?

Our Silky Mats reach a temperature of 500° F (260° C), and can freeze down to 0° F (0° C).

What materials are they made from?

100% BPA-Free 'food-grade' Silicone, which is safe for foods, and Fiberglass Mesh, which is not actually 'glass' (the way we think it is). The mesh prevents the Silky Mat from tearing and also helps dissipate the heat throughout the mat.

Dishwasher safe?

Yes. You can wash Silky Mats in your dishwasher safely.

Any chemicals?

No toxic chemicals. No PFOA, PFOS.

How long does it last?

Our Silky Mats can last up to 1,000 bakes. Yes, you read that right!

Can I cut this to fit a different size pan?

You technically can, and the Silky Mat will still work. But doing so will void our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Do I need to put oil on this?

Nope! Our Silky Mats are truly non-stick. Meaning no oil needed like you would use on aluminum foil, parchment paper, or on the baking pan itself.

Any cleaning tips?

Our Silky Mats are easier to clean than the other "best seller" baking mats out there. Our best tips for cleaning is to:

• clean within 1 hour of baking
• use soap like "Dawn Platinum", and
• use a regular sponge that has a rougher edge on one side

That's it.

But what if I don't clean the Silky Mat within 1 hour?

No worries. The Silky Mat will still clean. The 1-hour rule is simply a best-practice to ensure a clean mat, everytime.

Can I cut on this?

Nope. Our Silky Mats are not a substitute for cutting boards :)

Can I BBQ on this on an open flame?

Nope. Our Silky Mats will burn for sure if that happens.

Ground Shipping is 3-5 business days.

Priority Shipping is 2 business days.

All shipping is within the USA only (for now).

If you order your Silky Mats on Monday-Friday before 12 noon (central), it will be shipped out the same day.

Friday orders after 12 noon (central) and orders during the weekend will be shipped out on Monday.

If you don't like your Silky Mat, or if it just doesn't work for you, return it within 30 days to get your money back.

All you would do is contact us, let us know what happened, and we'll send you a return packing ship to ship via USPS.

The 3 main things that will void the money-back guarantee (aka the "warranty") are:

• cutting your Silky Mat
• burning your Silky Mat on an open flame
• putting chemicals on the Silky Mat, causing discoloration.

Everything else is returnable, as the request is made within 30 days.
