The Air Fry Edition II is 5.94 in x 9.64 in, which fits 8qt dual-basket air fryers. Thickness: 0.7mm. This dual-basket air fryer type is the most sold on Amazon.

How many Air Fry Edition II mats are included?

By default, it comes in a pair of two (2), so it can fit both baskets. However, if you need a replacement, you have to option to buy just one (1) Air Fry Edition II mat.

What temperatures can it reach?

Our Silky Mats reach a temperature of 500° F (260° C), and can freeze down to 0° F (0° C).

Since air fryers go up to 400°F (204° C), your Silky Mats will be just fine.

Dishwasher safe?

Yes. You can wash Silky Mats in your dishwasher safely.

What materials are they made from?

100% BPA-Free 'food-grade' Silicone, which is safe for foods, and Fiberglass Mesh, which is not actually 'glass' (the way we think it is). The mesh prevents the Silky Mat from tearing and also helps dissipate the heat throughout the mat.

Any chemicals?

No toxic chemicals. No PFOA, PFOS.

How long does it last?

Can I cut this to fit a different size air fryer basket?

Do I need to put oil on this?

Nope! Our Silky Mats are truly non-stick. Meaning no oil needed like you would use on aluminum foil, parchment paper, or on the baking pan itself.

Any cleaning tips?

Our Silky Mats are easier to clean than the other "best seller" baking mats out there. Our best tips for cleaning is to:

• clean within 1 hour of baking
• use soap like "Dawn Platinum", and
• use a regular sponge that has a rougher edge on one side

That's it.

But what if I don't clean the Silky Mat within 1 hour?

No worries. The Silky Mat will still clean. The 1-hour rule is simply a best-practice to ensure a clean mat, everytime.

Can I cut on this?

Nope. Our Silky Mats are not a substitute for cutting boards :)

Can I BBQ on this on an open flame?

Nope. Our Silky Mats will burn for sure if that happens.

• burning your Silky Mat on an open flame
• putting chemicals on the Silky Mat, causing discoloration.
